The association is a free association of citizens of artists and art lovers with the aim of promoting art and the values of civil society in cooperation with the institutions of the city of Gospić, Lika-Senj County, and other state institutions of cultural importance.
Members of the association can be all artists, regardless of the level of art education, as well as self-taught.
